Seriously, Facebook is going to buy Instagram for $1 Billion! Yes, with a capital B! I can’t believe they are paying so much for a niche service, and one that Facebook can easily make obsolete overnight. If Facebook adds a few photo filters to their iOS and Android apps, they will pretty much put Instagram out of business, there’s just no more reason to use it. So it seems Facebook just bought themselves a bunch of photo filters for $1 Billion.
Personally, I don’t know anyone who uses Instagram, all photos in my circle of friends are mainly Facebook with a dash of Google+.
